I am a BACP Registered and Accredited counsellor and couples therapist with over 15 years experience. I hold a Diploma in Person-Centred Counselling and a Diploma in Counselling Supervision.
I have been working with trauma, childhood abuse and sexual violence for many years and was employed within specialist agencies for more than 10 years. I have also frequently worked with couples and relationship issues, stress, anxiety, depression, loss and illness. I have worked in a hospice environment and do a lot of work for Employee Assistance Programs.
I have direct experience of providing long-term therapy for deep seated issues and also brief, time-limited therapy.
I have training and experience in providing Critical Incident Trauma Debriefing and Psychological First Aid.

My facilities provide a warm and welcoming environment for counselling and support. I aim for my therapy room to feel safe and calming – I want you to feel comfortable as I help you through a difficult process. Rest assured, you're in good hands.
My counselling room is on the ground floor and bathroom facilities are also available on the ground floor.
